Along with an expansive pre function space, the Coastal House event rooms offer the best banquet and conference space in southern Maine.

The Ballroom, with soaring ceilings, fabulous natural lighting and coastal ambiance is a perfect complement for a large event.

The Beach Rose space with natural ambient lighting and expansive windows is perfect for a mid sized meeting, rehearsal dinner or wedding ceremony.

The Sea Grass room, the smaller of the spaces is absolutely perfect for an Executive Retreat, Board meeting or an intimate social event.
